ChatGPT can't log in to Instagram, and you shouldn't give it your password. The safe way is to connect ChatGPT to a tool that already works with Instagram through Meta's official APIs. What you need
- An Instagram Professional account (or Facebook Page) connected to Tendrify.
- A paid Tendrify plan (Creator, Business or Agency).
- A ChatGPT plan that supports custom connectors in developer mode.
Connect in ChatGPT
- 1In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps & Connectors.
- 2Under Advanced settings, turn on Developer mode.
- 3Create a new connector: name it Tendrify and use the URL https://tendrify.in/api/mcp with OAuth sign-in.
- 4ChatGPT opens Tendrify's login. Sign in, review the consent screen and choose Read only or Read & write.
- 5Start a new chat, enable the Tendrify connector, and ask: "Summarise my Instagram automation results for the last 30 days."
ChatGPT's menu names change from time to time. If you can't find Developer mode, search ChatGPT's help for "custom connectors" — the server URL and sign-in steps stay the same.
