Tendrify Technologies (“Tendrify”, “we”, “us”) operates tendrify.in and related services that help creators automate Instagram and Facebook interactions, capture leads, and sell digital products, bookings, memberships, and event tickets. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account data: your name, email, and password (hashed), or your basic Google profile if you sign in with Google.
- Content you create: links, products, bookings, memberships, events, communities, and automation rules.
- Instagram & Facebook data: if you connect an Instagram account or Facebook Page, the access tokens (encrypted) and the messages, comments, profile basics, insights and post data needed to run the automations you configure. If you use Ad automation, we read your ad accounts, ads and the comments on them; if your Pages are managed through a Meta Business Portfolio, we read the list of Pages that portfolio owns so you can connect them. We never post, message or advertise on your behalf beyond the automations you set up.
- Payment data: payments are processed by our payment providers — Razorpay (all product sales, in ₹ or $, and ₹ subscriptions) and PayPal ($ subscriptions, and as a payment option for international buyers at checkout). We store order and subscription metadata (amounts, status, plan) but never your full card details.
- Buyer data: for product, booking, membership, and event sales or registrations, the buyer’s email and name, and (for bookings) the chosen time slot, to deliver the purchase or ticket. For in-person events, the venue address is shown only to registered attendees.
- Usage & device data: basic analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, device/browser, approximate region), collected via cookies and similar technologies to help us improve the Service.
Google user data
This section explains exactly what Google user data Tendrify accesses, why, and how it is handled. It applies only if you choose to sign in with Google or connect Google Calendar; both are optional.
Data we access
- Sign in with Google (scopes
openid, email, profile): your name, email address and profile picture, and Google’s account identifier. - Google Calendar (scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events), only if you connect it from Products → Google Calendar: permission to create events on your calendar, and the email address of the connected Google account so we can show you which account is linked.
How we use it
- Sign-in data is used only to create and log in to your Tendrify account and to show your name and picture in the dashboard.
- Calendar access is used for a single purpose: when one of your customers pays for a booking, we create one calendar event for that booking — with a Google Meet link — and invite that customer. We do not read, list, modify or delete any of your other calendar events, and we access no other Google data (no Gmail, Drive, Contacts or other calendars).
How we share it
- We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
- Google user data is never sent to AI providers (including Anthropic) and is not used to develop, improve or train any AI or machine-learning models.
- The only party that receives data derived from it is your booking customer, who gets the calendar invite and Meet link for the session they paid for.
- Our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) stores it on our behalf, under contract, as part of hosting the service.
How we store and protect it
- Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-GCM) and used only on our servers; they are never sent to your browser.
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel and only for security, support you request, or legal compliance.
Retention and deletion
- Disconnect Google Calendar anytime from Products → Google Calendar: we immediately delete the stored token and revoke Tendrify’s access at Google. Booking events already created remain on your calendar as normal events you control.
- Delete your account from Settings: after a 48-hour grace period, all your data, including Google sign-in details and any Calendar token, is permanently erased and our Google access is revoked.
- You can also remove Tendrify’s access yourself at any time from your Google Account permissions page, or email support@tendrify.in to request deletion.
Limited Use
Tendrify’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not allow humans to read Google user data except with your explicit consent, for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or when the data is aggregated and anonymised for internal operations.
How we use information
To operate the features you enable, process payments and deliver purchases, send essential transactional emails (verification, password reset, receipts, booking confirmations), and secure the service.
Data sharing
We share data only with service providers that make Tendrify work — Cloudflare (hosting, database, storage and bot protection), Razorpay and PayPal (payments), Zoho ZeptoMail (email delivery), Anthropic (AI processing — when you enable Tendrify AI, the relevant message or comment text and your knowledge base are sent to generate replies; Anthropic does not use this data to train its models), Crisp (support chat), Google Analytics (site usage analytics), and Google/Meta (for integrations you connect). We do not sell your personal data.
If you connect an AI assistant of your choice (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Codex or Cursor) using a Tendrify API key or by connecting Tendrify inside that app (MCP), that assistant's provider receives the Tendrify data it reads at your direction, such as your connected accounts, recent post captions, automations, contacts (which can include Instagram usernames, names, emails and phone numbers), orders and results. That provider is chosen by you, not by us, and handles the data under its own terms, including whether it uses it to train models; once delivered, we can't delete it there. Only the workspace owner can connect an assistant, we record each approval and every change an assistant makes, and access stops when you revoke the key, disconnect the app, or your paid plan ends. We never use this connection for our own purposes, and Google user data is never made available to AI assistants.
Retention & security
We keep your data while your account is active. Tokens are encrypted and passwords are hashed. You can delete connected integrations anytime and request account deletion (see below).
Deleting your data
You can delete your account from Settings, which schedules permanent erasure of your data (with a short grace period). If you connected Instagram, you can also trigger deletion from Instagram’s app settings — our Data Deletion endpoint handles Meta’s request and gives you a link to track status. You can also email support@tendrify.in to request deletion.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and the EU/UK GDPR — including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data-protection authority. We process personal data to provide the Service you signed up for, to meet legal obligations, and with your consent for optional integrations. To exercise any right — or to raise a grievance — disconnect the relevant integration in-app, delete your content, or email support@tendrify.in and we will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.
